Abstract: In agent-oriented software engineering there is a recent emphasis on development of Hypermedia Multi-Agent System (HMAS). This approach seeks to align MAS engineering with the Web architecture, fostering the development of large-scale, open, dynamic, and enduring interactions of human and software agents alike. The scale and dynamics of the interactions require a method to organize the provisioning of information that informs and is contextual to the interactions. We present the design of a framework that addresses the management of context information, while aligning with and using engineering principles of HMAS and streaming of knowledge over the web. We detail the implementation of a first use-case for the framework: the enabling of dynamic, context-based access control to web resources in an HMAS environment, by means of technologies such as RDF stream processing, SHACL and SOLID Web Access Control.
