A Time-Space-Wavelength Multiplexed AWGR-based Photonic Tensor Core using WDM SiGe EAM array chiplets
Abstract: We demonstrate experimentally an 8×8 AWGR-based photonic accelerator that leverages a SiGe EAM array chiplet as its computational core. The experimental implementation of a MNIST classifier at 20 Gbaud revealed a Cohen’s kappa-score of 0.7421.
