Analysis of the Capabilities of the Virginia Longitudinal Data System (VLDS) to support Baseline Distinct Counts of Select Data Sets to support the Establishment of a Virginia Early Childhood Integrated Data System (ECIDS)
Abstract: The goal of this project was to ascertain the capabilities of the Virginia Longitudinal Data System (VLDS) to support the integration of data to generate a distinct count of children birth to five served by one or more early childhood programs and/or services, as a foundational metric for a range of future early childhood policy and programmatic analyses and uses.
