Learning Drug-Disease-Target Embedding (DDTE) from knowledge graphs to inform drug repurposing hypotheses

Abstract: Highlights•We developed a graph embedding algorithm of biological network for drug repurposing.•DTINet was utilized to test algorithm for unknown links between drugs and diseases.•In cross-validation, the new method outperformed the original DTINet models.•Several pairs of new therapeutic as well as adverse effect relations were discovered.
