Abstract: Highlights•Establish a novel Alzheimer’s disease collaborative knowledge graph for the purpose of candidate drugs and potential targets screening.•Propose a novel method CKG-IMC for Alzheimer’s disease CPIs prediction.•Integrate CKG and PNA to enhance IMC, achieving state-of-the-art performance on the test Dataset.•Prediction results can be validated through literature or molecular docking experiments.
