What should the agent know?: the challenge of capturing human knowledge

Abstract: Reports of applications that include agent-based models of human behaviour tend to focus on the applications themselves and the success of the modelling exercise. They give little (if any) information on the process used to construct the models. Those who attempt to construct models of human behaviour quickly realise that this is a non-trivial task. This paper presents a methodological approach to eliciting knowledge for BDI-based models of human behaviour.
