Abstract: Large area monolayer graphene are necessary to realize novel devices for which it is required that the synthesized graphene is homogenous. Homogeneity ratio can help us to determine the quality of graphene. Electrical impedance tomography (EIT) provides the conductivity profile of graphene surface that can be used to determine the homogeneity ratio. Therefore, in this study, a 10 layer deep neural network (DNN) is used to estimate the homogeneity ratio of graphene using EIT. Numerical results are presented with a square shaped monolayer graphene to evaluate the performance of the proposed method. The results showed that the proposed DNN algorithm has a good estimation of homogeneity ratio
