Submission Format

• Page limit is 10 pages. Reports must be smaller than 10 pages including references and any appendices.
• Submissions are single blind. PLEASE specify the names of the team members in the report.
• For paper formatting, please one of the following templates:
  • LaTex
  • Microsoft Word
  • LibreOffice
  Please contact Ashwin Rao if you face issues in using any of the templates. The templates and the example PDF files generated from these templates are available in the following git repository: https://version.helsinki.fi/espc/report-templates/
• Please ensure that the reports and the video URLs are submitted before the submission deadlines mentioned below. Note, that you can update your submissions till the the submission deadlines, so please feel free to submit early. The reviews/evaluations by the jury will be done only after the submission deadlines..
