Abstract: This article presents an in-depth analysis of the used sailboat market, using data analysis techniques to provide insights into pricing and influential factors. The study utilized Python and Excel to process and analyze data, employing different algo-rithms and statistical methods to build models and make predic-tions. We prepared a heartfelt and accessible report based on the conclusions and the results we derived from models and experi-ments for the Hong Kong broker.
